For core team positions (non-consultancy or project-based work) the recruitment process is:

  1. Every week after a position is open, we notify the candidates whether or not they will advance to the next round of the recruitment process
  2. We invite select candidate to introductory calls.
  3. After internal review, we invite shortlisted candidates to a second interview including one or more colleagues.
  4. We conduct reference checks before making a final decision.

We aim for our recruitment process to provide both our team and candidates the opportunity to gain insight into whether or not they are a fit for the role.
