Claudio oversees our general operations, resources and drives our strategic mission and purpose. He is a public policy expert in law and policy, including internet regulation, data protection, intellectual property and cybersecurity.

Previously, he was the founder and first executive director at Derechos Digitales and the ecosystem strategy director at Creative Commons. He is also an affiliate at the Berkman-Klein Center at Harvard University.

Claudio is based in Santiago, Chile.
