Paulina Gutiérrez

Paulina oversees our international work. She is a human rights lawyer and strategy expert with extensive experience in coordinating and executing strategic projects at the international, regional and national level concerning research, litigation and advocacy.

In particular, her focus has been on the rights to freedom of expression, privacy and protection of personal data and women’s rights, both exercised online and offline.

Previously, she worked at the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights, at ITESO University and Article 19.

Paulina is currently based in London, UK.
